::Dr. Klug carries out unnecessary treatments, despite prior agreement and inspection of the files that these treatments have already been carried out. If you forget an appointment and simply don't feel like calling them for personal reasons and perhaps completely forget that you are still being treated. (Why, whatever, is private). You don't even get a call, you just get a letter from the health insurance company that the treatment has been canceled. And it's so late that you don't have the opportunity to appeal because you might have just been on vacation at the time. Oh and PS: Dr. Klug knew exactly how long you had already been treated by other doctors and how much money was involved, which of course you wouldn't get back if you stopped the treatment.

::I had Ms. Lerche put veneers on my entire front upper jaw (for esthetic reasons). It's been a little over two years since the treatment and in that time I've been to several different dentists. The treatment itself was carried out very neatly, caringly and precisely and I have received excellent reviews from every dentist so far. The last dentist (also a specialist) even said “I have never seen work like this, it really is dental aesthetic art”. Based on these statements and my high level of personal satisfaction, it was now time to submit a review on the Internet. I can absolutely recommend Ms. Lerche!

::Best dentist! Ms. Lerche has been a patient for around 16 years and has always been completely satisfied. The staff is just as friendly and accommodating as the boss herself. Of course you pay €20 in additional services for things, but if it benefits me, that's totally fine! See you soon - for precaution :)
