::CAUTION!! If it were possible I wouldn't give one star. I clearly have to exclude the K4 here, this area is clearly excluded from this rating because everything was as it should be here. Now let's get to the essentials. Our child has already been to this facility and we had a very good experience. The friendliness, communication, the work with our child, the assistance, everything was really fine. Unfortunately, as a family, we were forced to make the decision to have another briefing, this time by decision and on the K1. It's very difficult to put into words what you've experienced here, especially as a child. To protect the child, I am very cautious about details. I could fill a paperback book. Unfriendly, if someone was friendly, you noticed as an empath that this was an act, very much based on the "stupid approach" of those involved, reports were not read in advance or were read inadequately, the communication was then subterranean and unsustainable, no agreements, everyone tells you Something else, 90% of the time the psychotherapist could not be reached at the specified times, even though she specified these call times. If you did reach her, then there were vague, succinct statements and untruths. This only made the child more insecure. One can almost assume that there was deception and manipulation here, which only made the problem worse. No adequate treatment, just numbing the symptoms with medication, but not finding out the cause. What was even worse was the social worker's 2x clear overstepping of authority and inhumanity. So we took our child out there again. The dismissal interview was incredibly arrogant and unproductive, it was just a matter of making a name for yourself. Because at some point you can simply no longer settle for nonsensical investigations based on unfounded suspicions. In addition, the clinic outdid itself in the epic crisis of discharge in terms of audacity and false statements, which fortunately were able to be refuted very quickly due to the support already involved. The outpatient psychologist felt compelled to apologize to the child and to us for this treatment. Fortunately, it looks like the child can finally get the help he needs, although unfortunately much later and not so close to home. In conclusion, my personal opinion is, do not send your child to this facility, so many of those affected cannot have had such consistently negative experiences by chance, this is a system. Take the time and help to find a suitable position. Please. For your child.

::It was not considered necessary to work with the parents. Then - without ever speaking to us - he simply parroted back what the previous clinic claimed to have found. Funnily enough, the head doctor at the previous clinic was the head doctor here. Of course you had to write the same thing instead of looking at the child objectively. Our child couldn't be helped with such prejudices, but it seems to be more important not to have to admit to any misjudgments. The focus was definitely not on the child. But there was the great drug Pipamperone.

::Station K3 Extremely friendly and very nice nurses! Except for the station management! However, individual problems of the children and/or parents are not looked at. The 'therapy plan' is actually a joke. You have quite a lot of air, sometimes only 30 minutes. therapy per day. This plan would definitely have to be tailored to each child. Stopped after a week because this strategy couldn't help us. A pity!

::When the psychologist says in the group discussion "If the patients don't come back, I'm not successful" says it all. (Station 2) No more statements are needed here! An absolute disgrace.

::Our 10 year old son was there for 12 weeks. He was admitted because he attempted suicide. We knew that this step was and was very drastic for our child and us. Because he has been suffering from depression for a long time. Years of bullying were the cause. Of course we were afraid and worried to excess, because who likes to give up their child!? But if things had gone really bad, we wouldn't have our boy anymore!! Of course our child was very homesick. The first two weeks were terrible for him. New environment, dad and mom not there, only for one night at the weekend. After 4 weeks we all noticed the change. From then on we also regularly went to joint therapy with our son. In addition, we had the opportunity to use visiting time up to three times a week in order to have at least some family time for two hours. After Christmas, when he was able to go home for two nights, his facial features became softer again and every now and then there was that clear, bell-like laugh that we had missed so much. He's been home for almost a week now and it's wonderful. I can only thank you for the loving support of Station K 5 and the open ear of Ms. Anton and her team! This clinic is an enrichment because we have also learned to deal with such a diagnosis. We have redefined many key points and taken Ms. Anton's recommendations to heart. However, you also have to be prepared to get involved in the treatment of the child, then it will work. We are grateful for that. Now his path continues with psychotherapy and occupational therapy. We think about new hobbies.
