::I am a very satisfied customer of Volksbank in Bochum. The service is always quick and uncomplicated, you can even deposit coins for free. You can always get an answer to all your questions very quickly via the app, and the fees are absolutely ok considering the service. I also think it's great that the (golden) credit card is free if you spend a certain amount of money. Please keep it up and perhaps work out one or two advantages for cooperative members. ;-)

It turned out that sometimes there are regulations that are not particularly social. I noticed that the VB quickly takes care of differences and finds a good solution. I like that.
