You can always get an answer to all your questions very quickly via the app, and the fees are absolutely ok considering the service. I also think it's great that the (golden) credit card is free if you spend a certain amount of money. Please keep it up and perhaps work out one or two advantages for cooperative members. ;-)

It turned out that sometimes there are regulations that are not particularly social. I noticed that the VB quickly takes care of differences and finds a good solution. I like that.
