  Employees are catastrophically unfriendly and only hand out the package after discussion, despite submitting a power of attorney and a copy of ID.

  I wanted to hand over a packet, there was a note on the door. The next day there was another note, we were back at 3 p.m. so I had to wait 25 minutes and that within the opening times.

  so far the best UPS point I know. Very fast service, and ask for the handey number to confirm - elsewhere it is said that there are no confirmations

  The low ratings are absolutely not justified here. The staff is very friendly and courteous and the return of my parcel worked without any problems.
