::Disappointed after a long waiting time of 15 min, they do not accept the packet in the plastic bag (prepaid using DHL Päckchen S), they only take the parcel in BOX, but other DHL branches accept the parcel in bag.

::They have the worst organizational packet pick-up and customer service. I wonder where my packet could be... Maybe rolling around somewhere along with the pile of other packets.

::The worst packet shop ever. Forget about their bad service and friendliness. The employees were unable to find my packets and unwilling to assist me. They had to blame their own mistakes and told me to comeback later, which I did. But they kept on delaying the "search" and I still didn't receive my packet. Funny thing is that almost everyone I know who went to get their packets had the same experience. I really wished that I had recorded/took pictures of their unorganized/unfriendly environment.
