::Cell phone for repair, broken again at home, went back for repair, broken again after two days. Totally exorbitant prices. Money back was only offered for new purchases. The prices for cell phones are also overpriced. I saved myself the trip to the lawyer due to time constraints. Then go to Freenet for repairs, half the price, works perfectly. Bought a new cell phone from Freenet, also much cheaper. This cell phone store in Kaufland Großröhrsdorf is not recommended. Unfriendly when complaining and not technically acceptable.

::The consultant wanted to talk me into a contract with a cell phone that was overpriced, but I got cheaper offers in other Vodafone shops. He charges money for services that are offered free of charge elsewhere (e.g. punching, issuing the PUK).
