  Cell phone for repair, broken again at home, went back for repair, broken again after two days. Totally exorbitant prices. Money back was only offered for new purchases. The prices for cell phones are also overpriced. I saved myself the trip to the lawyer due to time constraints. Then go to Freenet for repairs, half the price, works perfectly. Bought a new cell phone from Freenet, also much cheaper. This cell phone store in Kaufland Großröhrsdorf is not recommended. Unfriendly when complaining and not technically acceptable.

  I would like to share my experience at this point. I have been signing contracts with this shop for many years, including those of my children and landlines, and I have always been offered a reasonable contract. We always receive friendly and competent service, and any problems/concerns are resolved promptly.

  As a telephone/mobile business, not answering the phone during opening hours is an ironic no-go! 8 attempts in a row to call the official business number all went unanswered. That is a disgusting impudence

  The consultant wanted to talk me into a contract with a cell phone that was overpriced, but I got cheaper offers in other Vodafone shops. He charges money for services that are offered free of charge elsewhere (e.g. punching, issuing the PUK).
