Super quick accessibility and the fastest possible response. If you have a concern or problem, Ms. Müller will solve it in no time. And the best thing about it is that you can talk to each other openly, in a down-to-earth manner and in a familiar manner without having to think about anything, as financial concerns can sometimes be unpleasant.   After we moved and received new cell phones, we had the problem that we could no longer access online banking. We were helped quickly and easily on site. Thank you for that. Overall, we have always been completely satisfied with the care we have received over the last few years.

  This savings bank is ridiculous. I've been there three times now at weekly intervals to have my coins exchanged. It's a lot of work every time, just to have the coin machine temporarily shut down in the evening. I find something like that really sad that such a big company does it I can't manage to repair such a machine.
