  Great customer orientation combined with competence without seeming rushed, very friendly atmosphere, everyone takes their time, I feel very well looked after. The on-site support alone makes it easy for me not to switch to an online-only bank just because of a few euros. The only thing that needs a little correction is the branch manager's footballing preference....😉

  Deutsche Bank is the worst bank I have ever cooperated with. The employees are incapable of solving your problems - not to mention their inefficiency in communicating in English.
