  We had an appointment today at 4:30 p.m. to open an account for our daughter. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked what it looked like and were told that the consultant was on vacation and the gentleman to whom the appointment had been rescheduled wasn't there either. Conclusion: thank you for nothing we will open the account for our daughter at another bank where we get better service

  I was in town today and wanted to make my transfer at the Sparkasse on the market. It was closed, although it said that the self-service service was available from Monday to Sunday, but unfortunately the Sparkasse was closed. It is therefore not possible to make your transfer on the weekend. There are people who can only do it on weekends. I call it very anti-customer, the ATMs and service machines were all in operation.   Actually 0 stars!! Rarely have we experienced such customer unfriendliness! Bad mood from greeting to farewell, no effort to help you, derogatory comments and the list could go on. Even other branches confirm that they have noticed that the employees don't want to work with you! Never again! You should take the example of the branch in Lützen! Customer friendliness is very important there!!
