::Simply impossible! We have been trying to close a Union Investment depository with Mr. Keller since December 2023, but today he simply did not submit the necessary documents. After 3 appointments still no solution, you simply switch to mute and can no longer be reached by phone. Only with the help of a lawyer can we defend ourselves against such incompetence, as we are simply brushed off in a seemingly endless telephone queue. "Addendum" 4 days later, Mr. Keller did not respond to our request even after repeated inquiries from Union Investment. Sparda Bank Berlin apologized for this incident but still did not contact us. Union Investment is now contacting us and we hope to be able to cancel our portfolio after 4 months. Hopefully we haven't fallen for a scammer here, this bank will never see us again!
