  We couldn’t decide for a better wedding location! Amazing looks, delicious food, friendly stuff. They always fulfilled our requests (e.g. change of wine, ordering special items, serving drinks with requested decoration). Guests were amazed. We truly had our dream wedding and would definitely recommend this location!

  Beautiful venue and surrounding area steeped in history and lushness. The banquet rooms are large and perfect for weddings and the food served is delicious and well presented. Do spare some time to walk around the lake behind with statues, pyramid and castle walls, bridge all there to add to the character to the site.

  The hotel was fully booked so I was put in the Park hotel. 2 gripes with this, first is the room was really small for two single beds hence banging and bruising my leg second was I had to make a 2 minute walk from here to schools Machern for breakfast.

  Hotel Schloß Machern and the Schloß Machern itself is a beautiful place to celebrate your wedding, as we did. It's easy to reach with own parking lot and has the great old Schlosspark beneath it. The rooms are clean and equipet with modern standard furniture and flat screen television. The only noise here is the singing of birds and the ringing of the schloss bell, a perfect place to calm down. The service is as best as it could be. Each wish is an order for the everytime friendly staff. The food and breakfast buffet are tasty with seasonal and regional influences.
