::We were there in a larger group. Nice welcome, despite the fact that it was very late for me. Sufficient parking spaces, the room was completely sufficient, clean and the heating was already on. I would like to emphasize the friendliness of the service staff. It's nice when you notice that the employees enjoy their job. I found it unusually positive that the gentleman was simply dressed smartly. Unfortunately, shirts, vests and ties are rarely seen anymore. So just a thank you! PS: the rolls were a bit pale :-)

::Arrival: 08/29/23 Departure: 08/31/23 Nice, compact double room. However, clearly lacking service for the price. We were able to check in on the day of arrival - according to Check24 - from 2 p.m. Arrival at the hotel was 2:30 p.m. Unfortunately there was no one there. A sticker on the door with a service number was helpful, which I then dialed directly because we couldn't get in. When we got to our room, it actually looked as if the bed had just been freshly made, but not cleaned. Sandy dirt balls lay on the floor in the direction of the bathroom, a tray with a single glass stood on a site board, suggesting that there was once a water bottle with additional glass there, an empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom, oh yes, but there were fresh towels made bed at least. When we did errands the next day and came back to the room in the evening, the towels were still on the floor (a sign of a request for new ones), no bed had been made and the dirt mentioned above, which we ultimately swept away ourselves. And that for an impressive €181.78 for 2 nights. I gave the service one star because in order to rate it, it would require that it actually takes place. Breakfast was plentiful and there is something for everyone.

::Rooms not well designed. Bed directly 50cm from the door. Cleanliness, well. For 3 nights, not once cleaned or towels changed. Snack machine broken. Contact person difficult to reach.
