  Amazing and authentic Franconian/Bavarian food with a great choice of delicious beer. Nowadays you rarely find these kind of local places around, so if you want to get a feeling of how it was going to a restaurant back in the day’s, that’s your place to go. The food is delicious, offers a great variety and the portions are adequate too. I was happy to eat a dish called “Bauernschmaus” since I haven’t seen that one for ages in a restaurant. Definitely try their local beer as well. The staff is nice and helpful and the waiting time for our food was adequate as well.

  We came here on Thursday as tourists in order to have a drink. The girl working there could speak Dutch, which in my opinion was good. It was a good experience, next time in Bayreuth we will also come to Manns Bräu.

  Very interesting cozy microbrewery serving unfiltered Helles and various other biers. A very busy kitchen was churning out staple Bavarian food in giant portion sizes and every person eating seemed happy! Quite a few outside tables with a large crowd occupying them so obviously the fare is appealing to locals. Well worth a visit!
