::Amazing and authentic Franconian/Bavarian food with a great choice of delicious beer. Nowadays you rarely find these kind of local places around, so if you want to get a feeling of how it was going to a restaurant back in the day’s, that’s your place to go. The food is delicious, offers a great variety and the portions are adequate too. I was happy to eat a dish called “Bauernschmaus” since I haven’t seen that one for ages in a restaurant. Definitely try their local beer as well. The staff is nice and helpful and the waiting time for our food was adequate as well.

::We came here on Thursday as tourists in order to have a drink. The girl working there could speak Dutch, which in my opinion was good. It was a good experience, next time in Bayreuth we will also come to Manns Bräu.

::Very interesting cozy microbrewery serving unfiltered Helles and various other biers. A very busy kitchen was churning out staple Bavarian food in giant portion sizes and every person eating seemed happy! Quite a few outside tables with a large crowd occupying them so obviously the fare is appealing to locals. Well worth a visit!
