::Have mostly had pretty bad experiences here. The branch manager is usually quite unfriendly and not customer-oriented. You have the feeling when you come in that you are seen as a disruptive factor. Correspondingly harsh and taciturn, the waitress is usually also by the woman. Our EC card from a large bank is also not accepted. It would be nice if Deutsche Post would react here and take appropriate measures. Like our neighbors, we only go there when we have to pick up a package. In the meantime we are only shipping with Hermes. They are much friendlier and also cheaper.
