::I accompanied my 81 year old mother to a minor surgical procedure. The medical assistants were extremely courteous, very helpful and always looked after my mother. And Dr. Fiesenecker is simply a master of his craft! This practice is only recommended. By the way: My mother is a normal statutory health insurance patient! ::I made an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed. The treatment was of good quality, but the environment is quite unprofessional. Why appointments are made is a mystery to me, since you can't get there at the allotted time anyway. In addition, the doctor's assistants are extremely unprofessional. Absolutely unhelpful and always giggling and very slow. After my operation I was given no advice and was advised to bite on a normal tissue in case of bleeding. Thanks to previous dental ops, I knew that you definitely shouldn't do this! The doctor's skills are not criticized here as he performed the operation perfectly. However, I would not recommend the practice due to the support staff.
