  The doctor came in happy, smiling and immediately cheered up my granddaughter who almost fell down from fear because her friends were telling her miracles. The wisdom tooth was successfully removed. There was also a prescription for painkillers and leave for school tomorrow. I recommend Dr. Smolek.   I accompanied my 81 year old mother to a minor surgical procedure. The medical assistants were extremely courteous, very helpful and always looked after my mother. And Dr. Fiesenecker is simply a master of his craft! This practice is only recommended. By the way: My mother is a normal statutory health insurance patient! And no: This assessment is not paid for by anyone and is not a fake, but a real experience.

  Dr. At first glance, Smolka seemed extremely friendly and competent. However, at the second appointment he became extremely aggressive when I questioned his surgical method. A big choleric who definitely can't be expected to undergo surgery...

  I made an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed. The treatment was of good quality, but the environment is quite unprofessional. Why appointments are made is a mystery to me, since you can't get there at the allotted time anyway. In addition, the doctor's assistants are extremely unprofessional. Absolutely unhelpful and always giggling and very slow. After my operation I was given no advice and was advised to bite on a normal tissue in case of bleeding. Thanks to previous dental ops, I knew that you definitely shouldn't do this! The doctor's skills are not criticized here as he performed the operation perfectly. However, I would not recommend the practice due to the support staff.
