::Be very, very careful, the program will write what you or someone else has written on your behalf. And they will tell you that you took the package or they don't know who took it??? Be very careful. I wasn't even shown any confirmation on what basis the package was handed over to an unknown person. I can't recommend this place at all with such unfriendly staff. It turns out that they give it to unknown people (or give it to someone)??? And then they recommend calling a person to the hotline to find their own package that employees gave to someone. We have sent a report to the hotline. If there is no response due to negligent handling of third-party packages, we will notify the police within 10 days. I'm disappointed((

::I use this Post Office quite often and the service was always super. Unfortunately, this evening the woman was very unfriendly and lacking professionalism. I think some customer service training is needed.
