::Today around 11:30 a.m. on April 20th, 2024 I got in line at Arcaden Aledo. It was the second time that I was spoken to stupidly there by this little Mexican or Peruvian saleswoman. So unfriendly. She saw me lining up and it was my turn. Despite this, she kept ignoring me and saying I was just unlucky. And served another man. You should give a customer a little time to choose something. We don't work on an assembly line. 0 points for this lady. Thank goodness this center has other bakeries

::The baked goods themselves are great, However; The service is unfriendly, disorganized and takes way too long! Today i waited 10 minutes for a single croissant! Now i worked at a coffee shop in my youth and we were taught to do things in this order: Take the customers order. When customer wants food and coffee Place food on plates already (so that if it's the last of something no one else takes/orders it after it's been ordered by your customer). Then ask them if that's everything and to pay. THEN make the coffee. (so that it's not sitting on the side getting cold or in the way of others making coffee/moving around) The workers here take there sweet time. Ignore you and just walk off or take your order and go to make coffee first without saying a word. Usually one (not so seemingly overworked) person serving baked goods and coffee.. The others no where to be seen although you can usually here them chuckling loadly over personal talk from somewhere at the back. The atmosphere is usually uneasy with many huffing and puffing people queuing up and growing impatient. Even though i work in the center, center staff do not get any discount here like we do almost everywhere else! For the reasons that i get better perks and service, i prefer to mostly go elsewhere. Would not recommend. Which is a pitty, as again, the baked goods ARE very good.

::Waited over 30 minutes for our breakfast although the place was almost empty. The breakfast itself was one of the - if not the worst I've ever had. Staff was completely incompetent and unfriendly. Don't go there!
