::Opens as you please or not. According to the changed opening times, the branch should have been open on Friday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Unfortunately it was locked and dark. Without notice or justification. Great service!!

::I drove to the branch today to deposit money and the branch was closed “once again, contrary to the published opening hours - because of an employee’s “short-term” illness, they say. With all your kindness, dear Postbank, but surely that's a joke? 45 minutes of driving for nothing and here on Google the opening time is still green and so it continues to suggest that the branch is open today.

::Unfortunately, today is another day when you find out from a paper notice on the front door that the branch is closed for the day. A customer who felt the same way said it was the same on Saturday (today is Tuesday). When will the post office finally find a way to provide information online so that customers don't walk away for free? Can't it be updated on Google, for example, if something like this happens? Very unpleasant.
