::I am shocked. We entered the store in a 3 (we are siblings..THIS IS NOT AGAINST THE LAW) planning to buy our breakfast grocceries because rewe our normal choice was extremely busy. As soon as we entered, the gentleman at the meat counter had his eyes on us like a hawk observing his prey. The eggs had run out, the selection of bread was pretty pathetic so we decided to leave. I then decided that I was going to buy my favourite kombucha ( 3 euros....).My brother and sister were waiting together at the entrance because it was very cold outside far away from any other customers or staff ( this is allowed). The gentleman from the meat counter found the time to walk 20 meters from his counter to the entrance to continue staring at us and decided to rudely tell us to leave. He then insisted to say that he was not rude and that he would ban us from buying alcohol???? (we would't buy our alochol from biocompany sorry) Overall a pretty shocking experience.

::Very rude staff who insulted us based on our nationality. *Reply to Owner: Hi thanks for your response. We we're paying for our items and the man serving us spoke to in a rude tone of voice when we didn't have the exact change. When we said we didn't want our receipt he rolled his eyes in an exaggeratedwway, screwed it up into a ball and threw it. As we packed our items to leave he turned to the other people in the queue and said "The English" then proceed to do a mocking impression in a high pitched voice.

::Just wonderful, everything you need for eating fresh and tasty organic food. Wonderful service too of the very friendly staff. I cannot imagine that someone ever had a bad experience with the products nor the people that work there. Every year I visit Berlin for two or three times and they never failed me... So, in short: great shop run by involved people!
