This would have prevented a lot of pain and suffering ...... but there was an ice-cold rejection by an employee of the insurance company ........ but there are also other health insurance companies. Ciao .....

::I have a small company. We ran into problems with underpaying AOK in 2019. They quickly froze our bank account and caused chaos for us. Start Ups my advice do not sign any contracts with AOK there are better options.
