  The AOK was not ready to offer a med. to take over necessary phimosis underpants for our 5 year old. This would have prevented a lot of pain and suffering ...... but there was an ice-cold rejection by an employee of the insurance company ........ but there are also other health insurance companies. Ciao .....

  Pawn accounts with open claims but woe to you are in debt then you wait 2-3 months for money which you really need and due to this situation! Lawyer is on after the case is changed. With best regards

  So I have always received friendly and very competent advice. Employees as well as the health insurance are excellent. It is a shame that there are people who do not understand that a health insurance company has a lot to do and, as in every company, things sometimes get lost. In this regard, there are telephone numbers to inquire if it takes too long. For all dissatisfied please do not forget there are people and if something is lost, it is not up to your advisor on the phone, maybe also at the post office or the post office distribution center!   I have a small company. We ran into problems with underpaying AOK in 2019. They quickly froze our bank account and caused chaos for us. Start Ups my advice do not sign any contracts with AOK there are better options.
