::Long waiting time in the ambulance. At the station everything went pretty smoothly. The nurses and doctors at K1 pediatric cardiology are great.

::We went to the kinder ambulanz and waited less than 20 mins to talk to a doctor during weekend. From there we were sent to other specialist for other examinations. The wait with those specialist was quite long (HNO, there are just so many people there). But they communicated to each other and by the time we went back to the kinderklinik, we do not have to wait long to have a room for my son and myself. We were treated with care and respect during 5 days we stay there. Everyone from the staffs, the nurses, the doctors were very nice and patient. We feel that we are in good hands in the klinik. Thank you again!

::Nice and competent staff. I'm not sure what kind of magic the attending physician had, but this was the first time in months that my son wasn't in hysterics while being physically examined. Long wait, but expected since by that point my son was clearly already starting to feel better.

::Crazy waiting times, rude staff, unnecessary interventions, and a lack of empathy from almost everyone. And it will never change until patients are seen as something more than an revenue source. Oh, and if the entrance to a restaurant is filthy, you’d better not look in the kitchen…
