::Do not deliver to Switzerland. When we asked repeatedly whether the goods could alternatively be delivered to a German address and whether we could have it picked up there, there was never an answer... a shame. Customer service is not very important, if there is any at all.

::Hello, My experience with them was good untill I bought some perfumes to test the market. After the delivery, I asked for a certificate of conformity because in case of inspection I knew for sure that they would have asked me for it and they denied to send it because they said that I I should have asked for it before ordering. If the perfumes had no problems, what does it matter if you ask for it before or after you order?? This was my experience with them and for sure I will not repeat orders with them because I dont have the certainty that they sell original products from this category of perfumes.
