::The Klinik confirmed my appointment before checking a machine. I waisted my time for nothing. Arrived . Made a checkup with doctor (through I had made fresh checkups already that month and siding need new). Came on a X-ray machine. Waited for more 30 minutes to find out it’s not working and went back. No excuses from the Klinik and …a bill for a checkup in few months arrived. Top of unprofessionalism and bad service 👎

::Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in a dental office. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. I was seen by Dr. Padilla who made the process smooth, effective and less intimidating than most of the previous dental experiences. After seeing him my headaches were gone and my smile looks extremely healthy. I will be coming back. I would recommend Dr. Padilla to anyone in Frankfurt and around the world. P.S if you’re a fan of art, the practice has some excellent art pieces displayed all through out, this was an outstanding touch, so unique. Thank you DR. Padilla & team!

Doc Padilla uses the most advanced technology and tools when it comes to implants and aesthetic dentistry which is key for me working in the fashion industry. Doc Padilla and his team are beyond professional, caring and the standards of hygiene and of the practise are impeccable.

::One of my fillings fell out so I went to the praxis without a termin, not expecting to have one in like 2 weeks. However I got a chance to see the dentist immediately and was happy for their promptness and hospitality. Dr. Porsch who took care of me was super nice and highly skilled - trust me I've been to many many dentists in my life! Hopefully I won't have to go back but we will see. My teeth are demanding, but the good thing is now I know where to go :) P.S. I love Dr. Padilla's bearbrick collection!

::I got an appointment within 1.5-2 weeks after calling the practice. There was a bit of a wait after my appointment time but nothing unusual for a doctor's office. The receptionist and nurses were all really friendly, as well as Dr. Padilla himself. He's so cheerful! He speaks great English too. Will definitely recommend to friends looking for a dentist.
