::It would be nice to let the patient know that the practice will open at 8:30 am. The door says 8:00 a.m. and we were told we could come in shortly after 8:00 a.m. because only something should be checked. So I stood in front of the closed door with my grandmother for over 20 minutes. A shame .. After another 10 minutes my grandma was put in a room, the door was closed and nobody came. My grandma can hardly walk and has pointed out to more subjects that she still has an appointment. When you just wanted to find out how long it would take you were turned away by the helpers in a very unfriendly and snotty manner. And that although the practice was completely empty at the time. While we waited there was a lot of talking to each other at the front .. absolutely angry and dissatisfied The only competent one was the doctor.

::The practice is nicely designed, Dr. Polat is a little silent. You can't expect much communication. Dr. Heller, on the other hand, is a super nice doctor, very competent and tries to take away the fear. The only drawback to the practice are the medical assistants, they talk to each other in Turkish all the time, which gives you the feeling that you are about a blasphemy, there are associated looks.
