::Nice practice and doc. Banz a very competent dentist. Unfortunately the lady with the black hair at the front desk was very unfriendly, every time. I have been a patient in the practice for many years.

::Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the practice at all. I was treated by Mrs. Krause. I had a hole in my molar that she treated. Since then I have not been able to chew on the right side and I have severe pain while eating. That's why I went to see her three times. She thinks that it cannot be the pain and has not looked for an alternative. She says I'm just imagining my pain. Before the treatment I had no pain, since then every day ... In addition, her friendly mask fell off very quickly after I once asked whether a mistake had been made. She treated me disrespectfully and very badly. Now I have to see another doctor and can pay the money again. I also had my teeth cleaned twice in the practice. The first time I was with a “younger” blonde dental assistant. This treatment was very good. However, the second time I was with an older dark haired dental assistant and the treatment was horrific. She was rude and unkind. My gums were very inflamed and bleeding for 3-4 days. I would never go there again for a teeth cleaning. Do yourself a favor and save the money and go to another practice. I cannot recommend the practice to others.

::Nice spacious practice, friendly and attentive team at the reception. Very personable and professionally good dentist. Each step is discussed and explained beforehand and I have never felt forced to undergo any costly treatments like my previous doctor. I have been with Dr. Banz under treatment. Also as a health insurance patient, appointments can also be made at short notice. With an appointment never longer than max. Waited 15 minutes.
