::A hotel is always judged by the comfort of its bed and its tranquility. During our visit in mid-March 2024, the room was sufficiently heated and clean up to the bathroom. the bed is very comfortable relaxing. You can connect to WiFi for free. The floors are served by two large elevators. The breakfast room is on the first floor and it is a self-service breakfast with several variations of sweet and savory food. The hotel has a club bar with a terrace overlooking the car park. The parking lot is large and costs €8 per night. I recommend this hotel for stays in Kassel.

::I'm glad to see that the hotel is not exactly as it says in the reviews (🤔probably the hotel has renovated rooms and older rooms!?). I rated this location with 4* because right from the entrance to the hotel and the whole ground floor smells of sewage, which is disturbing👃👎. The toilet of my room (322), the toilet bowl is dirty and the seal/rubber of the bathroom window is dirty👎. The room is facing the main road and there is noise all the time👂👎. In this room (compared to that of my colleague from 320) there is no kettle, mug and instant coffee/tea 👎. At the same time, I rated the room with 4*, which is spacious👍, clean👍, decent/modern furniture👍, clean bed linen👍, good mattress for a restful sleep👍🤗. The staff is kind and friendly. The hotel has a large parking lot and costs only €8/night. The breakfast is enough and you can find something to eat. If I pass through Kassel again, I will return with the condition that the room is facing the parking lot at the entrance, as I sleep sensitive to noise.

::Thanks to Patricia Staunch who turned my experience at the hotel into a great one! She immediately reached out to me when I had a complaint; I was offered a room with fruits and sweets ( ready in the room upon my arrival). She also offered me a dinner, unfortunately I arrived at the hotel rather late. Nonetheless, the front desk called me for a complimentary drink at the bar. What a great customer service and hospitality! Location is also excellent as I use the public transportation: the bus stop is just 5 mins away; and a wide range of breakfast spread. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I go to Kassel!

::We stayed in the hotel for one night, the location was convenient next to highway, super friendly personnel, separate thank you to the nice lady, who did upgrade for better rooms. The hotel itself is quite old, no fridges in rooms, but clean, good breakfast, in principle, it is good value for the money.

::I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel, it was nothing like what I saw in the pictures. The staff was okay, but it seemed that they only wanted to get some more money off of my back when I paid for the parking ticket. The room looked disgusting. There was trash on the floor, the fittted carpet was full of stains, and the mattress looked like it hadn't been changed for a decade. The furniture is so old that you can't even open the drawers without using all of your power. The bathroom wasn't clean, there were some used rubber bands hanging out next to the sink and the mirror was full of greasy fingerprints. The hotel needs to be seriously renovated. A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
