::So many incompetents. .... in one place is remarkable. 😱 Whether TV has already noticed your unfriendly service, customers turn things on... Sparkasse has 4 more customers now. No wonder that the VR Bank is reducing the number of staff in the branches.... because they don't know what they are doing, my main bank (VR in Bavaria) can only grin and shake its head at so much incompetence and time pressure trying to explain something to someone. The treatment shown here by VR Bank speaks its own language, which is definitely not customer-friendly.
