  Make online banking as complicated and cumbersome as possible? Apparently the ladies and gentlemen of IT can do that. I've been a customer for as long as I can remember and had no plans to change. Now I'll do it anyway because it's not good for my blood pressure to deal with the apps and online tools. Completely deceptive

  An account change took place from another Volksbank in the Bremen area to Volksbank Syke a few weeks ago. Ultimately there were only problems with Volksbank Syke. Everything was there, from reminder fees to problems with Schufa. Even a simple overdraft facility of €500 as security is not granted despite an above-average net income. The new account was activated too early, so debits occurred even though there was no money in the account. When we asked the previous bank, we were told that the account switching assistance from Volksbank Syke had not been used. However, this is usual. When asked, the responsible clerk at VoBa Syke stated that this had been used. The clerk seemed arrogant and downplayed many things. We didn't feel like we were being taken seriously. We cannot recommend this Volksbank to anyone who would like to be treated as equals, so we ultimately returned to the previous bank.

  Our house bank for decades. We are very satisfied. The staff is friendly, attentive and competent.

  I changed banks after over 40 years and have had my account with Volksbank eG for 2 years Syke: I am extremely satisfied: Very friendly and competent employees, good service, highly recommended all around!

  I felt very well. A very nice and competent team! I'm looking forward to a visit to the new premises, it will definitely be great.
