::Totally clueless. Wanted advice on site. The employees were completely overwhelmed and incompetent. Was supposed to identify myself at the bank. She said no, we don't do that, we have nothing to do with it. Then I drive to Friesoythe and everything is done in 5 minutes. Really not recommended!!!!!!
