  Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Selbst wenn es nicht um Vertragsabschluss geht sondern "nur" um den Kauf eines neuen Mobiltelefon geht.

  Mobilfunk heißt Vertrauen. Hier in Mönchengladbach bin ich seit Jahren gut aufgehoben. Vor allem das es einen Geschäftskundenaussendienst hat!!! Für mich als Geschäftskunde ist auch mal wichtig das die zu mir kommen wenn ich mal nicht den Shop besuchen kann. Top Team mit jeglicher Lösung das passt 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  This store has been the worst experience of my life. I suggest no one to buy a Vodafone sim in Germany. They sold me a prepaid number for 25 Euros and said it will be actived in 1 hr and even after going every day there for 8 days , it was never activated. I called the Vodafone company and they said "sorry" some technical problem and we will send you a replacement. Even after that 9 days have passed and nothing , this shop did not take it sim back and neither returns me the money. Nor give me an alternate number. This is a horrible experience I would like to share with the people here and save them all the trouble of poor service and no sense of responsibilty.

  Einfach nur Abzocker... Nie wieder Vodafone
