::I was staying in this hotel recently and liked it so far. Modern spacious rooms, tasty breakfast! Parking is located in the city garage and needs to be paid separately. Would be good if there will be a discount for parking for hotel guests.

::There is no wifi available. Pillow is flat and uncomfortable. Yes, there is only one tiny pillow. The room is outdated. It reminds me of 70s show. I won‘t be staying here again.

::Location: this is probably the best thing about the hotel. Located right by the old town. Rooms: Outdated, some have fridges some don't (like the lottery, you just have to be lucky), materace too soft, cold rooms, hot water not guaranteed everyday, room cleaning not guaranteed everyday, amenities for a 120+ EUR per night stay was not up to par, on top of that there was a weird cracking noise coming from the bathroom at night, every night. Staff: Reception staff are great at their job and tried their best, so 5/5 for them. The rest of the hotel, especially the bar staff not so much. There was a huge mistake during billing which I noticed at the end of my 11 nights stay, it was immediately corrected and the money reimbursed. However little to no compensation was done afterwards which made the situation worse. All in all, if you're just passing by, this hotel might be good for a 2 nights stay. Beyond that, you're wasting your money.

::Good location, but the rooms are pretty uncomfortable- you get what you pay for I guess. Our room was clean but it got really hot because there’s no air conditioning and you can’t properly open the windows. The shower alternates between cold and very hot and makes a screeching noise. Hairdryer didn’t work. Beds and mattresses are very old and worn out, pillows are flat and the sheets threadbare and cheap. If you’re not in a room facing the garden, you will hear very loud traffic from the main road, people at the bar, and if you’re unlucky you’ll also smell the smoke in your bedroom from people smoking by the entrance. We did not sleep well any of the nights. Some staff were very nice, but others were very unfriendly, it depends who you talk to. The “business lunch” at the restaurant is yummy and staff are friendly but it’s also very slow and takes over two hours- do not recommend if you’re in a rush!

The room rates were competitive compared to other hotels in the area, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. From the comfortable accommodation to the helpful staff and great amenities, it felt like a luxury experience at an affordable price. I was pleasantly surprised by the value I received for the cost of my stay. If you're looking for a hotel that offers a good balance between price and quality, this is definitely a great choice.
