  Incredibly unfriendly, unprofessional and above all an arrogance that is displayed in this pick-up station. I will definitely avoid ordering via UPS in the future. The seller suggested that I don't order anything else. Of course it makes his job easier, but that's probably not what UPS wants. One star is clearly too high, but unfortunately it can't be any less.

  Despite an announcement and hours of waiting on my part, my package was returned for the second time in a row with the reason "not found".

  Very unfriendly and I didn't know that they don't accept packages even though they are actually systemically important as an ups delivery point... I therefore ask ups to think about the whole thing again with the business because they just can't get anything done
