  I think it's nice to say I study in a castle :). But really inside, old rooms and horrific ways through the floors shows it clearly that this building was meant for something not that busy. Ridiculous long journeys through "tunnels". Even Doctor Who would be lost here. You can definitely feel the difference to the new buildings near the main place. The park outside is a good thing though. In the summer you have the feeling that it is a thriving place. The food bunker, as I call it, is quite okay. It has some seats better than in most restaurants in case of the view and surrounding. The meals not so much :)

  I took an exchange semester here in 2007. This year, 6 years later, I'm applying to grad school in the States and had to get my Mannheim transcript sent there. Mannheim still has my record and immediately sent it to the States at no charge! Love you Mannheim!
