::We went over our allocated 3h by 2 minutes and were charged extra 20 euros. Had an uncomfortable exchange of words in front of other visitors with the reception, our kid was upset.. Basically no human consideration and flexibility. And no English... Intimidating!!! Just a place where you go, pay and leave. Fast!

::The place was ok. It's supposedly one of the top 10 list of water activities in Germany, but their prices are higher when compared to other more exciting ones within the region. Their restaurant is definitely better than most places.
