::So far, this branch has been quite good, but the tone of conversation is getting rougher. I was in the branch in Gütersloh today, wanted to buy something there and asked the price very kindly, when the older, blonde saleswoman shouted at me that the price would be on the table, which was actually a shelf, myself when I discovered the price, she was still yelling at me that the price was on the table. All of this made me leave the store without shopping. Employees should be instructed in dealing with customers urgently, otherwise they will lose their customers.
