::My wife gave birth in this hospital with PDA and the delivery was perfect. I could give five stars if it was only the delivery but unfortunately the after was another thing. The nightmare began during the night. The night shift (almost all of them) didn't helped a bit. My wife had backpain and stiches as well and when she called for help she was told that she must do everything on her own and that in Africa they give birth on fields and don't have/need any help. She even asked for help to have the baby on her arms (because was our first child) and their answer was very rude telling her that they have other patients and can't deal with her (even though that was the first time that she called for help). Honestly that was something that I never thought that could happen at this hospital,patients not getting help from the nurses...

::Unfortunately I have to rate this hospital with one star. A week ago I gave birth by cesarean section in this hospital. The nurses from the private patient room ward were all very nice and helpful. The nurses from ward 2A who were responsible for my son were also nice. However, they couldn't give me any real information about breastfeeding. My son was hungry the whole time because no one told me that my milk wasn't enough. At the midwife consultation they said they had a lactation consultant. When I asked the nurse about a lactation consultant they said she wasn't there. Why don't we have a replacement lactation consultant? I think it's a shame that you're just left alone and not given any information. You need a lot of information, especially with your first child. I wouldn't come to the hospital again.
