::If I could give less than 1 star, I would give it that. We booked hotel for 2 nights. We got rooms in the basement!! The rooms are very tiny, by that I mean made for little people. The ceiling is so low. The beds are so small, not suitable for an adult person. The staff took more than 40 minutes to do a simple check in. When we booked we were not told about any hotel policy or given a brochure or anything with regarding the rules. The rooms were so small and there was some weird smell in the room. We did not want to stay afte the first night. So the first night I went straight to thd receptionist and asked to cancel the 2nd night. He told me to talk to thr receptionist in the morning. In the morning I went to the receptionist and told her we wanted to check out and I wanted the money back for the second night that we were not going to use. She said it was okay and that we would have to contact the bookkeeper on Monday!! That is after two days!! What kind of hotel asks to contact the bookkeeper after few days? Is this the18th century? Anywayd I tried contacting the bookkeeper for the next 2 weeks!! The bookkeeper was never available. I doubt that there is a bookkeeper. I finally wrote a email to the hotel and asked for my money back for the night that we did not use. The hotel replied that they would not give me my money back since I had already booked and paid for 2 nights! Some weird logic. Now don't get me wrong here, I would have paid happily if they had pointed out their cancelation policy or given me a brochure or something. In fact I asked 2 recepetionists the same thing about checking out early and whether I would get a refund for the night I did not use. They both were vague on purpose and left it to the bookkeepers discretion. The bookkeeper who never answered my calls for two weeks. If they had told me about their cancelation policy, i could have made a different choice. Now i was misled by them. If that is how they want to make theor money then good luck to them. Karma will get them in the end. I will never stay at this hotel again and advice others to do the same. Very unfair .

::Stayed at this Hotel in September 2014 found the hotel clean ,rooms very good,Swimming Pool excellent enjoyed early morning swim ,food very good ,at night had a great sing along with other patrons whilst enjoying a drink in the bar. Staff were very helpful
