::I have been to this Sparkasse twice to do some banking regarding my children's accounts. Each time the same man attended to me. First time I thought maybe he is having a bad day. The second time was no different he was unfriendly and impatient like he ,perhaps,had better things to do. The level of customer service is inadequate at best. I will be changing branches in hopes of a more professional and friendly banking experience.
