::I go to this branch about five times a year to deposit my coins. But no... on four of these visits the coin deposit machine didn't work... It's not a problem if the part doesn't work, but then a technician has to come and repair it the next day (!). Instead, the rule is that the device is out of order. It's just ridiculous to call something like that a "service"...

::Very, very good bank top employee and above all very sociable and nice.. the people are always smiling. However, there is something and that is that the coin counter is not that good. Whenever I'm there (and I have to deposit coins once every month) it's always full and not operational. The other bank in Erbach was also broken at the time (coincidentally). I would be very happy if you could find a solution for this. Otherwise great.

::My bank advisor has changed for the second time in a year and neither time did anyone think it was necessary to inform me. A short email isn't asking too much. In addition, I received a letter between Christmas and New Year's Eve stating that I had 4 days (which I was on vacation) to prove that I was still a student, otherwise my account would be charged. The information could certainly have come a few weeks earlier.
