  Typical savings bank. No, not everything has to be cheap or free. But asking for so much money for zero performance is a disgrace. Every little thing causes the cash register to ring. Sometimes you have to threaten consumer protection before something happens. Unfriendly opening hours for customers, transfers in the 5-digit range(!) that simply disappear, banal insurance advice where you get insurance internally x times (do you actually have any idea what you're selling?)... Probably still on the high horse of the good ones traveling because of old times. When there is finally hardly any cash left, such financial institutions will no longer be needed. It's your own fault if you leave your money here.

  concerns new opening times! How should a working person get to the counter in the afternoon?? take vacation?? sickening 👎
