::I've been Sparkasse customer all my life and have always been satisfied. Now we wanted to open a joint account and have therefore gone to the counter. The lady said, we would have to make an appointment. However, when we arrived at the appointed time, she had no time. A colleague had to step in. This served us again at the counter. He said that you actually go to an office, but he is divided for the switch. Why do we make an appointment when, firstly, the lady then has no time and second, we are then again only at the counter. Then we could have opened it the first time.
