  Actually not even 1 star. The bank director is absolutely unfriendly and decides everything over your head. Some employees act like their own parents and forbid certain things. You don't get questions for answers either. It is talked about or said that is not important. Absolutely under all pig!

  Unfortunately, they charge fees for everything. Also for carrying your money there. That's why I went there as a customer. There is another way ... if you want that. Unfortunately, many banks still do not understand this and think that they are indispensable. Today you can pay, withdraw, deposit and much more without banks playing a role. And where the whole thing goes, the classic banks only notice when they are almost gone.

  As a stranger you are not well served. Unfortunately, the savings banks do not work together in Germany.
