::A woman who knows nothing, can't do anything, I have no idea was the only employee available in the branch. No disabled parking spaces‼️ The woman didn't know how to add the interest to the savings accounts, nor where to do it. A customer waits several minutes to get into the locker room. A woman had left her card in the bank statement printer and wanted to know how she would get it back. The woman was completely overwhelmed and couldn't solve a single problem. It's sad that there don't seem to be any skilled workers working at the bank anymore. We then closed all of our accounts at another branch. This bank is not serious or trustworthy. One star ⭐ is still too many. ‼️ .For your feedback. I will definitely not make my personal data available to your dubious company!!

::Service like in the Middle Ages. Ordered bank statements from the last 6 months, yes they will be with you in 2 - 3 days. After 1 week still nothing. Only the Postbank is worse. At most, use the ATM, otherwise get out of there quickly.
