::Decent price, good location, very good breakfast and its right in front of the Thermalbad plus on the top 10-15min walk from the center, so you definitely can enjoy your stay and find smth to do there. there is quite big safe available in the room. I missed there coffee machine in the room, otherwise it would remind me quite a lot XO hotels in the Amsterdam :) Nevertheless, coffee can be found on the first floor :-P . Friendly personnel, btw english speaking. Parking lot is quite big, but its not free and it shared: during the day can be also "packed" by the visitors of thermal bad, but its almost wmpty in the morning or over the night.

::My Club, chose this hotel for our staying for our European match in Lüneburg. This hotel offers what you actually going to need on a business trip. Peace & Quite, comfortable beds, clean and cozy rooms with a balcony. Generally, a bit dated in places. I would like also to have a smart TV in the room. Our breakfast, lunch & dinner were quite tasty with variety to choose from.

::Parking in garage was safe. Very slowly check-in due to that the receptionist didn't find our booking. He didn't write our name correct.. Our room was ok, but it was very cold inside, could not get it warmer. Breakfast was good.

::Nice hotel, great rooms, not enough hooks in the bathroom, somewhat noisy up front if you want to leave the windows open at night, no air conditioning. Friendly staff, though the restaurant appeared to be understaffed.

::I would have given zero stars if I could……. The hotel has no beverages or facilities inside the room, no air conditioning. The main point is, your valuables are NOT safe in the room, they removed all my valuables, passport, wallet, credit cards, iPad and a 50,000€ watch from the safe in my room, apparently the staff can understand the native language and went to the wrong room. It makes me now feel totally unsafe and apprehensive due to the lack of security in the hotel. The rooms are also over priced for what you get.
