    Dear practice team! I can recommend this dental practice with the best of conscience. I am a patient with anxiety myself and Dr. Biesterfeld took away his fear of the dentist. Dr. Biesterfeld is a very calm and empathetic dentist, but he always explains things openly, honestly and sensitively, even when less than pleasant treatments are necessary. When it comes to anesthesia, Dr. Bieferfeld has a very steady hand, so you can hardly feel it when the injection is administered. The entire practice team is also always friendly. Therefore, a big thank you from me to the entire practice team!

    I became a patient here during the Corona crisis, which wasn't a problem at first. I can't look into my mouth myself to judge whether a good job has been done, so you just have to trust every dentist. What is definitely not allowed to be done among doctors is to criticize and discredit the work of another doctor. I was allowed to hear such criticism about the dentist I had previously visited during my first teeth cleaning. Even before the corona protection vaccination was available to everyone, this dentist required every patient to provide proof of vaccination or testing. However, only for teeth cleaning and not for normal treatment, although the spatial separation is a joke as you always have to go to the "normal practice" to register. Since normal treatment probably cannot be refused, the practice found another way to avoid having to treat me while I was not yet vaccinated. Each time they simply rescheduled my appointment by phone shortly before it was supposed to take place, always for a different reason. Once it was actually supposed to take place and I showed up, but I was told that there was no appointment listed for me. I then pointed out that I was now vaccinated in case that was the problem. The next scheduled appointment took place. From this point on, I also received a reminder via text message before every appointment, one day before the appointment. I couldn't make my last scheduled appointment for a check-up and teeth cleaning, so I rescheduled it by phone. I had assumed that I had rescheduled both appointments, so I was surprised to be reminded of my old appointment. But also about my new one. So I went to the dentist (for the first time in six months). The FFP2 mask is still mandatory for patients there. I registered, sat down in the waiting area and after 15 minutes I was asked for a test result or proof of vaccination for the first time. I didn't have either, my vaccination had expired and I was expecting to be informed if a test was still necessary. After all, you receive an appointment reminder, which is wonderfully complete with the sentence "Please remember your vaccination or test certificate." can supplement. There was discussion about whether I would get my teeth cleaned, but I didn't want to be treated in such an unworthy manner, so I left the practice. After all, it was about the safety of the employees (hardly any of whom wore a mask or kept their distance from each other or the patient). When I told the story to an acquaintance who was also a patient there, he laughed. Because he had recently had his teeth cleaned and his vaccination had also expired. He still said he was vaccinated, but the employees didn't check this.

    Very professional organization of the practice combined with short waiting times. I got an implant and am very satisfied with the procedure. The work was done very cleanly, so there were no complaints afterwards. We recommend.

    I have been receiving treatment in this dental practice for years. My experiences are mostly positive. Even if it's not always easy for me as a so-called anxious patient, the entire team has always been considerate and friendly. Just yesterday, the day before Christmas Eve, I received treatment at very short notice before work after a spontaneous call about a broken tooth. Of course with a planned waiting time, but that's a given. Ultimately, this appointment was about more than just a small piece of broken tooth. For me personally it was probably the most painful treatment in years. OUCH! Nevertheless, I was very happy to have been treated competently so shortly before the contemplative celebration. Therefore, I wanted to take this opportunity to praise the entire dental team for their general existence. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
